Today, township agripreneur Sthe Nxele, founder of Gotta Be Rich Agri Farming, hosted her first-ever Chili Sauce Masterclass, a hands-on workshop that brought together 10 aspiring learners from the community, all eager to tap into the potential of agro-processing.

Whether for personal use or a future business venture, each participant came with curiosity and left with confidence. Sthe guided them through every step of the process: from selecting the right chillies and balancing ingredients to sterilizing bottles and adding that homemade magic, the Ilangabi touch.

“It’s not often you find a businessperson willing to share their secret ingredients,” said one participant. “This shows she genuinely wants us all to succeed.”

But this wasn’t just a cooking class, it was a mindset shift.

Sthe used her platform not to gatekeep, but to empower. Her mission is clear: build a generation of township-based agri-entrepreneurs who see farming and food as both a heritage and a livelihood.

She reminded attendees that success doesn’t come from hoarding knowledge, it comes from sharing it, growing it, and passing it forward

“We rise by lifting each other. My dream is to see more people turn small ideas into serious income. If it starts in your kitchen, let it grow,” Sthe shared with a warm smile.

The energy in the room was electric, fueled by stories, laughter, and the occasional cough from a chili gone rogue. But above all, it was a space of learning, dreaming, and possibility.
