Eco Champion

Zwonaka poultry & agricultural farming started in March 2015 and is suited at Tshivhilwi village in Thohoyandou. We start our company by growing chickens from chicks until they get ready to go for markets. We attracted some small numbers of consumers around the villages and even in townships. We have individual customers and some consumers who buys in bulks for selling in near makerts.

In June 2018 we decided to start planting vegetables as there’s a huge demand of such in our villages even close townships.
The company employs only part time employees.

The vision Zwonaka poultry and agriculture farming has is to grow beyond and help the community with employment of unemployed youth, then produce lots of more vegetables, chickens that will supply the whole country including some of African countries.

Most people are no longer used to eating vegetables that makes people healthier and gives them strong immune system and our aim is to see the community supports our clean healthy vegetables and fresh chickens.

“Our business have passion over our products and we’ve grown a lot of skills also knowledge on how to handle every pressure that may come during plantation, growing of chickens and in times of sales. The relationships we have with our customers is very good and we always encourage our self to be discipline especially when it comes to customers service as they are the reason our company still operating.”
