Batlokwa Ba Mokgalong Royal Family

The Annual Josiah Gumede Memorial Lecture that rembers and honour the late 4th African National Congress President was graced by the presence of the Batlokwa Ba Mokgalong Royal Family led by Kgosikgolo Nkganhle Tsotsetsi from Freestate.

The Royal Family want to continue where Josiah Gumede left from, to champion the fight against the minority that owns the land which belonged to the Royal Family and its people. It was through Josiah Gumede’s intervention that saw three royal tribes travelling to London to negotiate that the land get restored back to it rightful owners.

Batlokwa ba Mokgalong Royal Family will be embarking on a journey to revive the relations between the Gumede Family and his community with the aim to advocate for the lost land that Josiah Gumede fought for alonside with the Freestate Royal Families.
